I have read others reviews about the difficulty of getting these on and off. They really aren't that hard to put on and take off! You slide them on from the bottom then gently rub them up the device. Its that simple. It only took a few seconds. Don't force the skins on...just rub them upwards.

Star Wars The Clone Wars: Lightsaber Duels

Star Wars The Clone Wars: Lightsaber Duels

By Michial A. Brown II "MarioMayhem" (Seattle, Washington) -  reviews

Dont let the hardcore naysayers influence your decision about this game. I(a 38 year old male)purchased this for me and my 6 year old son. WE also bought the dual glowing light sabers(a definite must have-a really enjoyable experience) Yes the campaign is short but the main reason for this game is the multiplayer dueling. There is a good training mode showing you not to just hack and slash. There are also force abilities you can use to throw objects and push your opponents too. So if you actually memorize the combos it can be a fun and challenging game. So don't let the hardcore "Star Wars" MEN discourage you-let them gripe and complain about how Lucas and the franchise have gone down the tubes 20 years ago after episode 6,etc,etc. Sure this is no lightsaber sim, but it is very fun and has a lot of replay, and will be the closest thing to using a lightsaber that most of us come to. Buy the lightsabers too([...]) you wont regret it. Be a kid again and may the force be with you.

Rock Band Track Pack: Classic Rock

Rock Band Track Pack: Classic Rock

By James E. Ranshaw -  reviews

A good alternative to having Downloadable Content (DLC) on the Wii. This track pack gives you the opportunity to own 20 of the songs that the other consoles can purchase individually. This game does NOT require you to own any other version of Rock Band, it is a stand-alone. So in that aspect it could be viewed as a large demo.

The song listing in my opinion is just OK, but that is all about your own personal taste. The songs are all master recordings. Stone Roses - "Love Spreads" is my favorite song by far and I had never heard that song before this game. If you are an "expert" plastic guitar player, this track pack will not bring too much challenge. For the easy-hard players, this is a good opportunity to have some fun rocking out and even move up a notch in difficulty. $30 for 20 songs isn't too bad of a price considering you could spend $40 if you had to download them all separately, and this track pack doesn't require you to own the full game.

Bottom Line: If you like the songs on this list, it's a must buy. (Plastic music peripheral sold separately.)

It works very fine and well. The only problem is that a few, very few games doesn't recognize it. I tried over 30 gamecube games on my wii and only one game didn't work, and that game is Disney Sports Soccer. It would be interesting to try manufacturing new memory cards and test with this game. Thanks. I hope I helped.

The Biggest Loser

The Biggest Loser

I was skeptical about this game at first...there was always something missing from all the other exercising games on the wii. Although wii fit plus is sooo much fun...They REALLY packed this game with everything that I thought was missing from all the others. You can customize a routine...(by the way there are tons of exercises to choose from) or choose a daily workout they prepare for you. The balance board option is sooo responsive...you don't need the balance board...but it does enhance the game quite a bit. I was so impressed with it...and the pacing is great. They don't OVER explain everything...You don't have to tool with gadgets as in ea active...it's really just so fast paced, like a real work out should be.

Added extras...you can weigh yourself daily pitting yourself against the other losers...,

There's a cookbook...everything is all ready for you...don't need to waste time unlocking things that should be there...because your main purpose is to work out!

There's even cool down and stretching options, yoga as well...

It counts your caloric intake and daily burns!

Now I'm just being nit picky now...but the only gripe I have about this game is that you can't put your scores online, pitting yourself against friends.

They do however, have multiplayer...

Fantastic job with this game...

It works but slightly smaller than I thought it would be. But it is a good value so I really can't complain. Some of the parts such as the golf clubs are compatible with the Wii Motion plus.

Wii Remote Controller

Wii Remote Controller

By Wesley Mullins (Kentucky) -  reviews

As fun as the Wii can be, it only gets better when you play head-to-head against family and friends. Since the standard Wii packaging only includes one controller, you will need to order a second device to experience the optimal level of game play.

Holding the controller reminds me most of holding a fishing pole. The thumb and index finger control the most essential functions of the players, with extra buttons only really coming into play during mode selection screens. During live action, players don't toggle between much more than two buttons.

Batteries seem to be an issue for many people, but not me. I suggest you turn off the "rumble feature" for games (the controller vibrates or pulsates during dramatic moments in games) as a way to save battery use. I've gotten about 30 hours out of each round of batteries on my Wii.

Lastly, believe what people say about collateral damage with your Wii controller. I thought the stories of people breaking TVs, windows and fish tanks by accidentally losing grip of their controller during a strong tennis swing and sending a dangerous projectile through their living rooms were exaggerations. But it happened to me...and it will happen to you.
